Launching Pickle Kit

We have an important announcement to make, and it involves a brief story… 🥒

Samford Pickleball began on 3 revitalised tennis courts in the countryside of Samford Valley. Running off the back of a humble 1-man tennis coaching operation, Pickleball was a strange but welcomed addition by a handful of enthusiastic locals. 18 months on, we moved to a bigger more central location nestled in the suburbs at Mitchelton State High School. What it lacks in its countryside charm it makes up for with 8 painted courts, led lights and that glorious roof to keep the rain and sun off us – a pickleballers perfect combo! This has led us to grow in many ways, including the 2023 launch of our brand Pickle Kit. Some of you may recall my Pickle Kit t-shirts So, Pickle Kit will now be replacing “Samford” and rest assure everything will remain the same and continue as per usual.

Lastly, while I still have your attention, I’d like to express my appreciation to all of you who make our club what it is! Those who come early and stay late to help with set up and pack down, those who take time to make our new players feel welcome and to those who simply choose to come and be apart of our sessions each week! You’re the reason why we have continued to grow and the reason why I love doing this!
